feeinvite (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in connection with our UPI Autopay fee collection Services.

1. Data We Collect

  • Contact & Account: name, email, phone, role, institution.
  • School & Student Context: class/section identifiers, fee schedules, parent identifiers (e.g., UPI IDs).
  • Transaction Metadata: mandate status, payment status, timestamps, settlement references (we do not store your netbanking/UPI PIN).
  • Usage & Device: logs, analytics, cookies/SDK data.

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide and operate Services (mandates, debits, reconciliation, receipts).
  • Communicate about updates, support, invoices, and security notices.
  • Improve Services, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law.

3. Legal Bases

We rely on consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests, as applicable under Indian law.

4. Sharing

  • Trusted processors (hosting, email/SMS/WhatsApp, payment & KYC partners).
  • Compliance with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Services and for legitimate business/legal purposes (e.g., taxation, dispute resolution).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is 100% secure.

7. International Transfers

If data is processed outside your jurisdiction, protections consistent with this Policy will apply.

8. Your Choices

  • Access/update your account information.
  • Opt-out of non-essential communications.
  • Request deletion subject to legal/contractual limits.

9. Children

We provide Services to institutions. We do not directly market to minors or knowingly collect data from children without institutional/guardian involvement.

10. Cookies

We use cookies/SDKs for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies via browser settings.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified reasonably.
